For AAA and Superclone grade watches representing our pinnacle craftsmanship, if you decide to return one, it must be safely sent back to our atelier for final inspection. For Grade A timepieces, refunds are based on craftsmanship flaws. We understand and inform you that subtle differences in craftsmanship feel compared to the original may exist within this grade—this falls within the acceptable realm of artistic variation, not defect.

Once the returned timepiece arrives at the atelier and undergoes meticulous inspection, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the clear status for subsequent handling.

If the watch box was purchased separately, unless it is damaged or flawed, it is not eligible for refund. In the rare event of processing a flaw-related refund, a video recording of the unboxing will serve as the most effective language of communication.

Regarding Specially Selected Pieces: Collectible pieces selected during specific promotional periods, due to their unique rarity, are regrettably not eligible for refund.
